First: Have ready one standard AA battery (carbon 5).

Second: Adjust the hands as shown below and then insert the battery.

Warning: Please use carbon 5 batteries (standard, non alkaline, non lithium and non rechargeable) for the wall clock. Using alkaline or rechargeable batteries will cause damage to the movement, resulting in inaccurate timekeeping, or even burn the movement, affecting the service life.

When calibrating the time, first move all the hands to the l2 o'clock position, then insert the battery to start the clock movement.

If the pointer still does not work, you need to disassemble and reinstall it. Do not use too much force during installation. After installing the hands, move them to the 12 o’clock position, making sure they are parallel (not touching each other), then insert the battery and adjust the time.
